Our Commitment: VYAS CARD LLP believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy designed to ensure customer satisfaction.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
VYAS CARD LLP does not accept cancellation requests for any items. However, a refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
If you believe that the product received does not match the description on the site or meets your expectations, please notify our customer service within 2 days of receiving the product.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any Refunds approved by the VYAS CARD LLP, it'll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at team@vyascard.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges and return requests should be properly packaged and include the original tags as received. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
